The Spiral Ark Project is housed in a converted cashew-nut roasting factory in the peaceful countryside of Southern Goa, five minutes drive from Palolem Beach and ten minutes down the road from Agonda. Overlooking emerald green paddy fields, the large airy rooms with their red Mangalore roof-tiles and thick white-washed walls keep cool throughout the year, providing a stunning space for retail. Many of our handicrafts, clothes and furniture are designed and manufactured in our onsite carpentry and tailoring workshops. Our kitchens, deli and café, serve healthy organic food.

We source environmentally friendly, natural, organic, seasonal, homemade, handmade and tribal items throughout India, with a view to designing practical, simple, durable and beautiful products. We work and train local artisans as well as collaborate with cooperatives working in other parts of the sub-continent, so as to make living joyful and harmonious.

At this point in the spiral of evolution, we need to create an ark...a micro eco-system, in which all can live in balance and harmony with nature. We have planted a small seed and hope you will enjoy visiting us and help to nurture it's growth. You are most welcome...
